This is the step that makes the frame yours rather than a size Large. We draw the geometry around these numbers, so they need to come from someone who measured you properly.
I draw frames; I don't fit riders, and I keep those jobs separate on purpose. Your fitter measures you; I draw a frame that puts you exactly where they said you should be, and I confirm every number with you before anything is cut.
