Customization
One fixed decision. Everything else open.
Most custom builders have this backwards: infinite paint, and a component list you pick from. We do the opposite. Six finishes, developed properly, and then effectively no limit on what goes on the frame — because that is the part that changes how the bike rides.
The one constraint
Paint is the one thing that isn't open. There are six colorways and no custom finishes, because each one is a transparent color system validated on polished titanium coupons before it ever touches a frame — a one-off would be a first attempt, and I don't sell first attempts. Everything else on the bike is yours to choose.
What you can specify
Drivetrain
Any current groupset from any of the three, mechanical or electronic, 1× or 2×, in whatever gearing your terrain actually calls for. We will also build a mixed drivetrain if there is a reason for it.
- Shimano Dura-Ace / Ultegra / GRX Di2
- SRAM RED / Force / Rival AXS, XPLR
- Campagnolo Super Record Wireless / Ekar
- Sub-compact and gravel gearing, cassette ranges to match your climbs
- Power meter built in, or added later
Wheels
The single biggest lever on how the finished bike feels. Depth, rim width, hub, spoke count and build are all yours to choose — including a hand-built wheelset if you want one.
- Carbon, from shallow all-road to deep aero
- Hand-built on the hub of your choice
- Dynamo front builds for randonneur setups
- Tire clearance planned around the tires you actually intend to run
Cockpit
Bar shape and width, stem length, one-piece or two-piece, and the reach and drop your fit data says you need — not the one that happened to come in the box. We don't push the integrated cockpit; a separate bar and stem is easier to adjust and cheaper to change your mind about, and plenty of riders should have one.
- One-piece integrated bar/stem, or a separate bar and stem
- Internal routing by default — external if you'd rather have it
- Classic round bends, compact drops, flared gravel bars
- Aero extensions and clip-ons
- Stem length and angle set from your fit numbers
Ultra-light
If the goal is weight, we will chase it properly — and tell you plainly where a gram costs more than it is worth.
- Titanium and alloy bolt kits throughout
- Carbon rails, carbon cages, lightweight skewers and valves
- Ceramic bearing options where they earn their place
- Component-by-component weight budget before anything is ordered
Color-matched finishing
This is where a fixed paint palette pays off. Because there are only six finishes, we know each one precisely — and we can match parts to it rather than hoping something close arrives.
- Color-matched stem, bar tape and seat collar
- Matched bottle cages and accessory mounts
- Anodized bolts and headset spacers picked to the finish
- Matched or deliberately contrasting hub and spoke choices
Everything else
Saddle, tires, pedals, computer mount, cages, fenders, bags, lighting, mudguard and rack mounts. If it can reasonably be sourced and it belongs on the bike, it is on the table.
- Saddle chosen against your fit, swappable if it isn't right
- Full fender and rack provision for all-weather and loaded riding
- Dynamo lighting, front and rear
- Bag and mount setups planned before the build, not bolted on after
These are categories, not a catalog. We deliberately do not publish a parts list, because a list would argue the opposite of the point — if the part exists, can be sourced through a legitimate channel, and belongs on your bike, it is on the table. Ask about something not named here and the answer is usually yes.
Six finishes is what makes the matching possible.
A builder offering any color on earth cannot match a stem to it. I can, because these six have been sprayed on coupons and frames over and over and I know exactly what each one does under a given light.
So the finishing kit is not an afterthought here. Bar tape, stem, cages, collar, bolts, spacers — matched deliberately, or set against the frame deliberately. Either way it is a decision, not whatever came in the box.
Tell us how you want it built.
The spec conversation is a conversation — with a person, once we have your colorway and your fit data. Start there and we will get into the rest properly.
